When we improved the ABC product, we had to consider the impact on the customer as well as the bottom line. We could have cut costs by reducing the product’s size or quality. However, we didn’t want to disappoint our loyal customers, so we made sure that the new ABC product was as good as the original. By doing this, we were able to increase our profit margins without sacrificing the customer experience.
